I love your voice — you have a touch of Tom Wolfe, a smidgeon of Stephen King and a dry, wry view of the world that is priceless.
I suspect many in publishing are too afraid now, that the time your work would have flown without question was the late 60s, early 70s and on into the 80s, but I think you’ll find a house that recognises what you’re offering and snatches it up.
The only thing I can see that needs work with your pieces is the occasional tendency to reiterate what’s already clear. The voice is what is unique and marketable. Don’t give up.
